Our Contact Center is always humming. It’s ringing phones, constant chatter and all around buzz that fills the 2nd floor. It’s uplifting. Our customers are what bring us to work every day. We love hearing their stories, assisting in their weight loss journey and watching their transformations. It’s rewarding to be in the business of helping people transform their lives by losing weight and getting healthier.

At the helm of our Contact Center is Bill MacBride. Bill has more than 25 years’ experience in Customer Service and knows the importance of positive customer relations. In fact, Bill recently presented at Call Center Week 2017, a national industry conference, on a topic that undoubtedly makes our Contact Center what it is today: CULTURE – IT’S THE NUMBER 1 BUSINESS PRIORITY. 

With the Contact Center at the heart of our brand, each member of the team plays a role in a customer’s journey – from that very first interaction until the moment that customer reaches their goal weight. Our customers remember who they talked to the first time they called, they know the name of their weight loss counselor and they feel comfortable talking to us about the struggles they’re facing. We’re proud of the relationship our staff builds with our customers!

Last year, as a result of our ongoing efforts to provide top-notch customer service and with the help of Bill’s leadership, Nutrisystem was named the winner of a Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in the 14th Annual American Business Awards. This recognition further underscores our commitment to culture, training and meeting the needs of our customers.
